Shipping and Delivery Policy

Free delivery is eligible for purchases over HKD500. For purchases below the minimum amount required, a minimum delivery of charge of HKD100 will be applied on top of the purchase price.

Once your order is processed and confirmed by email, your items will normally be delivered to you within 3 days within Hong Kong. Please allow 1 more day if your order was placed overlapping Sunday or Public Holiday.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

We will try our best to deliver your order on time and in good condition but shall not be liable or compensate for issues relating to the following: –

 

  • Unforeseen conditions not within our control such as but not limited to natural disasters, traffic, weather, strikes or riots etc.
  • Incorrect or insufficient information provided by the purchaser.
  • Incorrect or insufficient information of the recipient.
  • Unable to deliver during due to absence of recipient at designated location at agreed time for delivery.

 

In case of re-delivery is required, kindly contact us for details and possible charges that may incur.

 

Return policy

Once the order is processed online, we do not accept cancellation or refund. We recommend that any inquiries regarding an item or product be made to us through email or telephone prior to completing the check- out process.

 

Exchange with receipt is allowed within 7 days if your purchases (for the same item, and where still available) for products are:

–       damaged at the time of delivery or faulty due to no fault on your part: or

–       incorrectly shipped because of an error on our part.

To replace or exchange an item described above, you must retain the sales invoice and notify us by email within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you specifying the reasons for the exchange.  Requests for exchanges received by us outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion only.

 

Please Note:

  • Discounted items and promotional items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at any time.
  • The colour of our soaps may vary slightly due to the different batches of natural herbs used during production.
  • Our artisan soaps are truly handcrafted and will not be exactly the same as shown on our website. The soaps are not considered damaged or faulty due to slight variation in shapes and patterns.
